4nannies.com is pleased to provide families an exclusive recruiting tool. eMatch is an automated notification of new* candidates that match critical requirements in your family's job profile. This feature will save you much time in searching out new job candidates.
Families are queried at time of registration as to what their criteria are, and families have the option to both update criteria at any time and to opt out of receiving these communications. The status of your eMatch is reflected in your Member Dashboard. The eMatch program will search eligible candidates* and provide you with an email summary of the candidates that matched your job requirements. Candidates are matched to your position description in the following areas:
Position Duration
(permanent or summer/temporary)

matches candidate's selected position duration. |
Job Location
|
matches candidate's selected state or region. Also matches candidates willing to work anywhere in the US. |
Candidate Available to Start Date
|
matches candidates available to start within two weeks before and two weeks after your position's indicated start date. If your position start date is prior to the date of the search, candidates are not filtered by start date. |
Position is Live In/Live Out
|
matches candidate's selected Live-In/Live-Out preference. Also matches candidates who indicate No Preference. If your position indicates No Preference, candidates are not filtered by Live-In/Live-Out preference. |
Candidate Desired Salary
|
matches candidates at or below your selected salary range. If you selected Competitive Salary, candidates are not filtered by salary preference. |
Families are able to further cutomize the eMatch feature to meet their particular needs/preferences. The additonal settings you may choose to match include:
- whether the candidate has a driver's license
- is legal to work in the country the job is in
- job type (nanny, governess, etc)
- age range of the candidate
- whether the candidate has prior job experience
- the candidate's smoking status.

We encourage you to continue frequently checking the candidate pool. eMatch only pulls out candidates with specific matches. The ideal candidate for your family may not be available for three weeks, for example, and you may be willing to wait. eMatch could not know this!
